• 950 € for one week (135 € per night)
• 1700 € for two weeks (122 € per night)
• 2300 € for three weeks (110 € per night)
• 2800 € per month, 4 weeks (94 € per night)

This is a non smoking accomodation, and pets are not allowed because of allergy

Rents are net of expenses and service charges except for electricity.

Credit cards are not accepted. Payment must be made by traveller’s cheques, bank cheques certified in Euros or dollars, postal order, bank transfer to our account or in cash or via Paypal

• Expenses and charges :
  Cold water, hot water, gas and heating are included in the price, as well as taxes. Electricity is not included.

• Linen and cleaning :
  House linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea-towels, etc).  Cleaning and changing sheets and linen is done when tenants leave.

• On arrival and leaving :
  The apartment is available from 12 o’clock (midday). It should be vacated by 12 o’clock (midday).
  We would be grateful if you could give your expected time of arrival and departure for the welcome and collecting of keys. The owner will, for the majority of the time; be present for welcoming you on your arrival and giving you the keys. If this is not the case, a designated person will be entrusted by the owner to do this.

• Payment :
  For all stays inferior or equal to two months, the total amount of the stay will be paid on the day of arrival on the handing over of keys. Electricity will be paid at the end of the stay.

•  Deposit of a guarantee :

  • Equivalent to the rent for short periods (cheque is not cashed).
  • One month’s rent, expenses includes for monthly rentals (cheque is not cashed).
  • For longer term rentals, rent payments and the garantee deposit must be negotiated.  For information, agencies usually ask for two months rent, expenses included and some ask for four months
  • An identification card or passport can equally be used for security/guarantee.
  • The guarantee is returned when the key are handed in and the household inventory/inspection has been carried out.

• Assured Reservation: you are asked to pay a deposit representing 30% of tht total amount of your stay.  In the event of cancellation, this sum will not be re-imbursed.
